OSHA - Process Safety Management & Ammonia Refrigeration

Industrial RSE has created and maintained over 30 Process
Safety Management programs for various facilities across the

  • Process Safety Information - Compiling and creating equipment
    information, creating Process Drawings, Performing Inventory Calculations
    & Design of Ventilation Systems
  • Process Hazard Analysis - Performing and revalidating process hazard
    analysis for ammonia plants
  • Operating Procedures - Creation of equipment operating procedures to
    cover all seven required OSHA variations
  • Training - Ensuring operators are properly trained
  • Contractor Qualifications - Provide up to date contractor qualification
    requirements
  • Pre Start Up Safety Reviews - Assist in documenting and performing start
    up reviews
  • Mechanical Integrity Guidelines - Develop and maintain plant preventive
